Who we are

FelloLens provides packing-station audit recording for online sellers. This policy covers the FelloLens website and web application.

If you are a buyer rather than a FelloLens user, note that we process order details on behalf of the seller who packed your order. That seller decides what is collected; we handle it for them.

What we collect

Account details you give us: your name, your email address, and the workspace you belong to.

Operational data the product exists to produce: packing recordings, order references, and weights captured at the bench.

Technical data collected automatically: browser and device characteristics, errors, and hardware failures such as a camera disconnecting or a scale failing to connect.

Analytics and Microsoft Clarity

On our marketing pages and during account setup, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used — which sections people read, where they get stuck, and which buttons they click.

Microsoft Clarity records how you interact with those pages. Microsoft acts as an independent data controller for that information, not as a processor acting on our instructions, and its terms permit Microsoft to use the data for its own purposes, including building user profiles for advertising.

Clarity does not run on the packing station or anywhere inside a workspace. Those pages show customer names, phone numbers and addresses, and we do not send them to a third party.

Clarity is configured in strict masking mode, and it never loads at all unless you accept it.

Cookies

We set a cookie to keep you signed in, and one to remember your language. Both are necessary for the site to work.

We set a cookie named FL_CONSENT to remember your answer to the cookie banner. It lasts one year.

If you accept analytics, Microsoft Clarity sets its own cookies, including a Microsoft-wide identifier shared across Microsoft services. If you decline, it sets none.

Where your data is stored

Your account and your recordings are stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure that we operate.

Microsoft Clarity data is stored separately, on Microsoft's own global infrastructure, which defaults to the United States. Microsoft does not currently offer a way to choose the region. If you are in Thailand, accepting analytics means consenting to that transfer abroad.

How long we keep it

Recordings are retained according to your workspace's plan and are deleted automatically when that period ends.

Technical and error data is kept for 60 days in raw form, after which only aggregate counts remain.

Microsoft Clarity retains session recordings for 30 days and heatmap data for up to nine months. We cannot delete one person's Clarity data without deleting the entire Clarity project, so if you want your analytics data removed, decline analytics rather than relying on a later request.

Your choices

You can accept or decline analytics when you first visit, and change your mind at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer of this page.

Declining analytics does not limit any part of the product.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows.

If you are in Thailand, these rights arise under the Personal Data Protection Act. If you are in the EEA or the UK, they arise under the GDPR.
